These boxes withstand being packed together without crushing either the boxes or the goods and are manufactured from double wall rigid corrugated board. They also have the perfect surface for applying sealing tape or labels.

Die Cut Boxes

These are simple unglued boxes that need to be folded when assembled.

The DIE CUT has endless styles and is designed to fit exact product specifications, die cut cartons are used for shelf ready products where displaying your product is important.

Sheets

Sheets can be made to various grades depending on which application it will be used for. Sheets can be purchased in white or natural brown Kraft.

Often used for shipping small components or as an alternative mailer pack. Die Cut boxes are easy to assemble and very little waste during manufacture. The nature of the style gives excellent protection through the post

Locking tabs can be added so no need for taping. Can be manufactured in brown, mottled or white corrugated board and printed if required

Sheets

Corrugated Sheet is manufactured to order in ‘C’, ‘B’ & ‘B/C’ flutes. Its mainly of made of 3,5 or 7 ply. It can be made to various grades depending on which application it will be used for. Sheets can be purchased in white or natural brown Kraft.
